A revision implant (100) for a total ankle replacement system, comprising:a body (102) extending between a first surface (114) and a second surface (116)；a head (112) extending from the first surface (114) and configured to couple the revision implant (100) to an additional component of a multi-component prosthesis；a stem (322) extending from the second surface (116), the stem (322) configured to couple the revision implant (100) to an augment (400) configured to fill a void in the resected bone； andprotrusions (320) extending from the second surface (116) configured to anchor the revision implant (100) to a resected talus, wherein the protrusions (320) extend from the second surface (116) at a predetermined angle (α) between 35° and 45°.
