PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist generator suppressing the failure that liquid drips to a mist supply object area when it is installed above the mist supply object area, and used and efficiently supplying mist.SOLUTION: The mist jetting port 13 of the mist generator MG is formed at the peripheral wall part of a case 1 and jets the mist generated by the liquid colliding with a plurality of collision wall parts 12 to the periphery of the peripheral wall part of the case 1, the case 1 can store the liquid at the bottom part thereof, and a rotor 2 has a shaft-like part 21 pumping up the liquid to the height of a rotary plate 20 when the liquid is present at the bottom part of the case 1.
