PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid foaming bath agent composition efficiently dissolving carbon dioxide gas in bath water by adjusting the foaming behavior of the bath agent, suppressing its floating on a warm water surface and increasing the ratio (in-water foaming time)/(total dissolution time).SOLUTION: This solid foaming bath agent includes the following components (A) to (C) and used by an amount so as to make the concentration of the component (A) in bath water become 0.0008 to 4 ppm.
