The present invention relates to a novel polypeptide having chemokine activity and, more specifically, to a polypeptide composed of the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 and a use thereof. The polypeptide of the present invention is composed of SEQ ID NO: 1 and exhibits chemokine activity through the binding with CCR3, and thus, the polypeptide has a high utilization effect for various purposes, such as immunoregulation, and diagnosis, treatment, and medicine development for CCR3-mediated diseases or disease symptoms.La présente invention concerne un nouveau polypeptide présentant une activité de chimiokine et, plus précisément, un polypeptide composé de la séquence d'acides aminés représentée par SEQ ID NO : 1 et une utilisation associée. Le polypeptide de la présente invention est composé de SEQ ID NO : 1 et présente une activité de chimiokine par liaison avec CCR3, et ainsi, le polypeptide a un effet d'utilisation élevé à des fins diverses, telles que l'immunorégulation, et le diagnostic, le traitement et la mise au point de médicaments pour des maladies ou des symptômes pathologiques médiés par CCR3.본 발명은 케모카인 활성을 가지는 신규한 폴리펩타이드에 관한 것으로， 더욱 상세하게는 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 폴리펩타이드 및 이의 이용에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 폴리펩타이드는 서열번호 1로 이루어지며 CCR3에의 결합을 통한 케모카인 활성을 나타내므로， 면역 조절， CCR3을 매개로하는 질환 또는 병증의 검출， 진단， 치료, 약제 개발 등의 다양한 목적으로 활용 효과가 높다.
