A dynamic complement for protecting, supporting and stabilising the tibial plateau, kneecap and knee (1) designed with a specific shape (9, 20, 21, 22, 25, 26), constructed as a single, open part based on woven elastic microfibres, neoprene, foams and breathable and non-breathable fabric that allows the user's leg to be surrounded perimetrally below the knee, enveloping the kneecap and knee, closing in on itself and at the ends thereof without occupying the popliteal fossa. The specially designed (10, 15) (11, 16) stabilisers (3, 4, 5, 31, 31') are located inside the sectorised pocket (2, 12), which is designed in a twisting, concave and convex manner (17,18, 23, 24) to enhance the kinesiological function, creating an air pocket, to prevent condensation due to sweating and allowing transpiration and adaptation to the structure of the user and sport. Mutually joined devices are added to implement the functionality of the complement (6, 7, 8, 27, 28, 28', 29, 29').
