Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Fixierung und Manipulation von solchen Geweben, welche durch ein Ansaugen zumindest temporär fixierbar sind. Unter Geweben werden dabei neben organischen Geweben, wie z.B. Geweben von Lebewesen, ebenso anorganische Gewebe, wie Folien oder Textilien verstanden. Die Erfindung betrifft insbesondere eine Vorrichtung zur Fixierung und Manipulation von Geweben, welche, wie z.B. beim Menschen das Perikard, empfindliche Organe umgeben. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Verfahren zur Fixierung und Manipulation und insbesondere zur Punktion von solchen Geweben oder den darunter liegenden Bereichen.The invention relates to a device for fixing and manipulating tissues of the kind that can be fixed at least temporarily by suction. Linvention concerne notamment un dispositif pour immobiliser et manipuler des tissus qui, comme par exemple le péricarde chez lhomme, entourent des organes sensibles. Linvention concerne en outre un procédé et un dispositif pour immobiliser et manipuler et notamment pour ponctionner de tels tissus ou les régions sous-jacentes.
