The present invention discloses a pharmaceutical preparation comprising cyclin inhibitor and preparation method thereof. In particular, the present invention relates to a compound of formula I 6- acetyl- 8-cyclopentyl- 5-methyl-2-(5-piperazin-1-yl - pyridin-2-yl-amino) - 8H- pyrido [2,3-d] pyrimidin-7-one or salt thereof as an active ingredient of pharmaceutical preparation.
