PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretching device allowing a user to stretch at a portion without deformation and having a height suited for the use.SOLUTION: A stretching device 1 includes a binding block 6 of columnar bodies 5 in a bag body 2. The binding block 6 is formed by superposing 6 columnar bodies 5 into a triangular shape and binding them by binding means 10. Each columnar body 5 comprises a core rod body 11 and a cylindrical body 12. The core rod body 11 is a resin tube.
