The present invention relates to a method for preventing or treating atopic dermatitis using liquid-phase plasma. More specifically, the present invention relates to the method for manufacturing liquid-phase plasma for preventing or treating atopic dermatitis, a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating atopic dermatitis using liquid-phase plasma manufactured by the method, and the method for preventing or treating atopic dermatitis using the liquid-phase plasma. Liquid-phase plasma of the present invention is expected to be widely used for preventing and treating hypersensitive immune reactions including atopic dermatitis by having remarkable effects of inhibiting hypersensitive immune responses.본 발명은 액상 플라즈마를 이용한 아토피성 피부염의 예방 또는 치료 방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명은 아토피성 피부염의 예방 또는 치료용 액상 플라즈마의 제조 방법, 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 액상 플라즈마를 이용한 아토피성 피부염의 예방 또는 치료용 약학조성물, 및 상기 액상 플라즈마를 이용한 아토피성 피부염의 예방 또는 치료 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 액상 플라즈마는 과민성 면역반응을 억제하는 효과가 현저하므로 아토피성 피부염을 포함하는 면역 과민반응의 예방 및 치료에 크게 활용될 것으로 기대된다.
