The present invention relates to a skin condition measurement system capable of conveniently measuring various skin states and accurately informing a user of an accurate skin measurement result through a personal mobile terminal in spite of being commonly used by many people. To achieve the purpose, the skin condition measurement system comprises: a pH measurement unit measuring a pH level of skin an oil and moisture measurement unit measuring oil or moisture content of skin a skin state measurement device including a wireless communication control unit wirelessly transmitting a measurement value measured in the pH measurement unit and the oil and moisture measurement unit and a portable terminal comparing the measurement value and a characteristic table received and stored to display corresponding result data in a display unit.
