PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring sensor package and a measuring sensor capable of reducing the influence of electromagnetic noise and accurately measuring a blood flow.SOLUTION: A measuring sensor package 1 comprises: a base substance 2 including a first accommodation recess 20a having a first mounting portion 20c for mounting a light emitting element thereon, and a second accommodation recess 20b having a second mounting portion 20d for mounting a light receiving element thereon； a lid 3； and a metal thin layer 4 forming a diaphragm hole 4a therein.
