The invention relates to equipment for butter and skimmed milk directly. Apparatus for producing butter and skimmed milk is composed of a sealed vessel for forming oil seeds, coupled with a screw pump through a discharge pipe which is connected to the pressure line and the line of the finished product. On discharge line installed multistage ejector hydraulically connected with ultraviolet irradiators, and through the pipe supplying the frothed milk with a sealed container for forming oil seeds. Each stage of the multistage ejector is connected to the sealed container to form grains through the oil suction pipes. Installation allows high productivity to obtain a high quality dairy products containing no pathogenic microorganisms and enriched with vitamin D. 2 ZP f ly-2 Fig.
