PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible object punching device capable of forming holes in the flexible object without unnecessarily deforming the flexible object in a step of stabbing punch cutting edges into the flexible object and removing the flexible object from the punch cutting edges.SOLUTION: This flexible object punching device 3 for forming a plurality of holes in the flexible object 1 includes: a netted receiving plate 7 having a plurality of through-holes aligned into a net-like shape a punching member 11 having a plurality of punch cutting edges 9 each of which penetrates each through-hole of the netted receiving plate 7 a pressing face material 13 facing the plurality of cutting edges 9 and a pressing means 15 for moving the pressing face material 13 towards the punching member 11.
