PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a general fishing bait-scattering container having a circular cross section in which the tidal current resistance of the bait-scattering container is large when the tidal current is fast in fishing at sea and the whole fishing tackle is large to be carried away, and therefore a fishing tackle is hard to go along with shelves where the fish exists, and also the fishing tackle tangle (Omatsuri) with other fishermen frequently occurs in the fishing on a boat to decrease fishing catch and many unpleasant things are caused.SOLUTION: A conventional circular bait-scattering container is made into an elliptical container to decrease tidal current resistance to half. Also, a container shaft core (11) is properly shifted from a container center (10) so as to always stabilize a tidal current opposed position in the water, and therefore it is stabilized in the direction having less tidal current resistance. Accordingly, the shelf placement is made easy, and the fishing tackle tangle with other fishermen is also decreased sharply, and thereby the comfortable fishing is made possible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】 一般的な魚釣り用のコマセ容器の横断面は円形状である、海釣り等で潮流が速い場合はコマセ容器の潮流抵抗が大で仕掛け全体が大きく流されて仕掛けを魚のいるタナに同調しにくい、また船釣りで他の釣人との仕掛け絡み（オマツリ）が多発し釣果が上がらず不愉快な事が多い。【解決手段】 従来の円形状コマセ容器を楕円形状の容器にして潮流抵抗を半減させた、また水中での潮流対向位置を常に安定する様に、容器軸芯（１１）を容器中心（１０）より適宜ズラした為潮流抵抗が少ない方向で安定し、タナとりし易く、また他の釣人との仕掛け絡みも激減し快適な釣りが出来た。【選択図】図１
