The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a seamless candy. There has been a problem that a joint portion protrudes outward or is not easy to be removed when manufacturing a candy using a mold to produce a candy in a three-dimensional character shape or the like. Therefore, the present invention can manufacture a candy having a three-dimensional form with a smoothly made external appearance by effectively removing the joint portion when manufacturing a candy using a mold.본 발명에 따른 사탕 제조 장치 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 입체적인 캐릭터 형상 등의 사탕을 제조하기 위해 주형(mold)을 사용하여 사탕을 제조할 경우, 이음새 부분이 볼록하게 나오거나 제거가 용이하지 않은 문제점이 있었다. 이에 주형을 사용하여 사탕을 제조함에 있어 효과적 이음새 부분을 제거하여 외관이 부드럽게 제조된 입체 형상을 가진 사탕을 제조할 수 있다.
