A method of modifying a virus for in vivo delivery to a region of interest includes forming an enveloping composition including a lipid conjugate formed by conjugating at least one lipid with at least one hydrophilic compound via a linkage which is cleavable under conditions present in the region of interest and combining the virus with the enveloping composition to encompass the virus within the enveloping structure.La présente invention concerne un procédé de modification d'un virus pour une administration in vivo à une région d'intérêt comprenant la formation d'une composition d'enveloppement comprenant un conjugué lipidique formé par la conjugaison d'au moins un lipide avec au moins un composé hydrophile par l'intermédiaire d'une liaison qui est clivable dans des conditions présentes dans la région d'intérêt et la combinaison du virus avec la composition d'enveloppement pour englober le virus à l'intérieur de la structure d'enveloppement.
