PURPOSE: A method for proliferating embryogenic tissue of Lilium longiflorum Thunb is provided to produce a large amount of Lilium longiflorum Thunb timbers. CONSTITUTION: A method for proliferating embryogenic tissue of Lilium longiflorum Thunb comprises: a step of collecting embryo from immature seeds of Lilium longiflorum Thunb after pollination； a step of culturing the embryos to induce embryogenic tissue of Lilium longiflorum Thunb； and a step of culturing the embryogenic tissues. The embryogenic tissue is induced in a medium containing 100mg/L of casein hydrolysate, 3.0 mg/L of 2,4-dichlorophenoxy acetic acid, 0.25 mg/L of benzyl adenine, 40 g/L of sucrose, and 0.2% of gelite.본 발명은 백합나무의 배발생조직 증식방법에 관한 것으로서 보다 상세하게는 수분(pollination) 후의 백합나무 미숙종자로부터 종자배를 채취하는 단계； 상기의 채취된 백합나무의 종자배를 배지에서 배양시켜 백합나무의 배발생조직을 유도하는 단계； 및 상기의 유도된 백합나무 배발생조직을 배지에서 배양하여 증식시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백합나무의 배발생조직 증식방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 백합나무 미숙종자 채취시기에 따른 종자배의 발달단계 정도를 구명하고, 조직해부학적으로 확인함으로써 백합나무의 배발생조직 유도시 최적의 시료채취 시기를 결정하는데 중요한 정보를 제공하여 백합나무 미숙종자의 최적 채취시기의 확인으로 높은 배발생조직 유도율에 의한 배발생조직 발생이 가능하고 차후 다양한 라인의 배발생조직으로부터 체세포배 유도, 증식 및 식물체 생산 또한 가능해져 결국은 백합나무 우량목 대량생산에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
