A patient-specific therapeutic composition that is provided in a single dose container and whose total volume can be administered to the patient in a single therapeutic session. The composition comprises a monoclonal antibody having a labeled fraction and an unlabeled fraction, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The label may be a radioisotope or a drug, such as a chemotherapeutic or cytotoxic drug. The amount of monoclonal antibody and any conjugated labeled molecule depends on at least one patient-specific parameter selected from patient weight, patient age, patient height, patient gender, patient medical condition, and patient medical history.
