An iris detection system is provided, which is utilized to detect an iris and then to determine a physical health condition for solving shortcomings such as low detection efficiency in conventional iris detection instruments. The iris detection system comprises an iris image capturing device and an iris image processing device. The iris image capturing device comprises a frame body, a light source, an image capturing module and a transmission module. The light source disposed on the frame body is utilized to emit lights to an eye. The image capturing module disposed on the frame body is utilized to capture an iris image of the eye. The transmission module, which is disposed on the frame body and is electrically connected with the image capturing module, is utilized to transmit an iris image.
