PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide aliphatic polyester resin particles suitably used for cosmetics and paints having high oil-absorbing properties, and a method for manufacturing the aliphatic polyester resin particles.SOLUTION: Aliphatic polyester resin particles according to the present invention contain a keto ester compound and have a numerical average particle diameter of 1-90 μm. The aliphatic polyester resin particles can be obtained by: mixing an aliphatic polyester resin, a polymer different from the aliphatic polyester resin, and an organic solvent containing a keto ester compound separating it into two phases, a solution phase containing the aliphatic polyester resin as a main component and a solution phase containing the polymer different from the aliphatic polyester resin as a main component forming an emulsion and bringing a poor solvent of the aliphatic polyester resin into contact with it to precipitate the aliphatic polyester resin.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、吸油性が高い化粧品や塗料用途に好適な脂肪族ポリエステル樹脂微粒子とその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の脂肪族ポリエステル樹脂微粒子は、数平均粒子径が1~90μmで、ケトエステル化合物を含んでなる脂肪族ポリエステル樹脂微粒子である。この脂肪族ポリエステル樹脂微粒子は、脂肪族ポリエステル樹脂と脂肪族ポリエステル樹脂とは異なるポリマーとケトエステル化合物を含む有機溶媒とを混合し、脂肪族ポリエステル樹脂を主成分とする溶液相と、脂肪族ポリエステル樹脂とは異なるポリマーを主成分とする溶液相の2相に分離し、さらにエマルションを形成させ、脂肪族ポリエステル樹脂の貧溶媒を接触させることにより、脂肪族ポリエステル樹脂を析出させて得ることができる。【選択図】 なし
