This invention refers to pharmaceutical compositions that comprise the mixture of an effective amount of leucine-derivative powders or granules and, at least, one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient substance used as carrier. In particular, the main feature of the pharmaceutical composition is free of preservative agents and might be formulated in any usual pharmaceutical oral formulation.
