A device and method for aspirating graft tissue and delivering the graft tissue to a target delivery site (for example, when performing Descemet's membrane endothelial keratoplasty). In one embodiment, an injector (10) comprises a cylinder (14) and a plunger (12) at least partially located within the cylinder (14), the plunger (12) being rotatably advanceable and retractable within the cylinder (12). In one aspect of the embodiment, rotating the plunger (12) in a first direction within the cylinder (14) controllably aspirates a graft tissue into the injector (10) and rotating the plunger (12) in a second direction opposite the first direction controllably ejects the graft tissue from the injector (10).L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé pour aspirer un tissu de greffe et distribuer le tissu de greffe à un site de distribution cible (par exemple, lors de la réalisation d'une kératoplastie endothéliale de la membrane de Descemet).
