PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oral solid pharmaceutical compositions in which an additive selected from triethyl citrate, carnauba wax and sodium lauryl sulfate are compounded in a crystalline candesartan cilexetil or a salt thereof, and storage stability is improved.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an oral solid pharmaceutical composition containing (1) crystalline candesartan cilexetil or a salt thereof, (2) an excipient, (3) a binder, (4) a lubricant, and (5) an additive selected from triethyl citrate, carnauba wax, and sodium lauryl sulfate and a method of producing the same. The tablet, the oral solid pharmaceutical composition in which an additive selected from triethyl citrate, carnauba wax and sodium lauryl sulfate are compounded in a crystalline candesartan cilexetil or a salt thereof has excellent storage stability compared with a tablet not containing triethyl citrate, carnauba wax, or sodium lauryl sulfate.SELECTED DRAWING: None
