PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a method for estimating unipolar chest 6 lead/lead (V1-V4, V3R, V4R) from 17 lead enabling actual measurement.SOLUTION: A bathtub-type electro-cardio monitoring system has a processing device, a bathtub being connected to the processing unit, a database and an output device. The system has 15-electrodes in an inner wall of the bathtub in which 13-electrodes are in the upper body side of a bather and 2-electrode in the foot part side. The processing device is characterized by finding the 6 lead signal (unipolar limb lead signal V1, V2, V3, V4 and additional lead V3R, V4R) of the chest side of the bather having no electrode based on the least squares method, by using the average projection matrix of multiple persons being stored in the database and the signal of 17 lead (bipolar limb lead (I, II, III) and unipolar limb lead (aVR, aVL, aVF, V5, V6, V7, V8, V9, V10, V5R, V6R, V7R, V8R, V9R)) enabling actual measurement during bathing from the 15-electrodes provided in the inner wall of the bathtub.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】単極胸部6誘導誘導(V1~V4,V3R,V4R)を実測可能な17誘導から推定する方法を提案する。【解決手段】浴槽式心電モニタリングシステムであって、処理装置と、前記処理装置に接続される浴槽と、データベースと、出力装置を有し、前記浴槽の内壁に、15個の電極であって入浴者の上半身側に13個の電極と足部側に2個の電極を有し、前記処理装置は、前記データベースに格納される複数人の平均的投影行列と、前記浴槽の内壁に有する15個の電極から入浴時実測可能な17誘導の信号(双極肢誘導[I,II,III], 単極肢誘導[aVR,aVL,aVF,V5,V6,V7,V8,V9,V10,V5R,V6R,V7R,V8R,V9R])とを用いて、最小二乗法で電極を有しない前記入浴者の胸側の6誘導信号(単極肢誘導信号V1,V2,V3,V4と付加誘導V3R,V4R)を求めることを特徴とする。【選択図】図4
