The purpose of the present invention is to solve problems of inconvenience of transferring collected blood into blood tubes containing different anti-coagulants (EDTA, heparin, etc.) when blood is collected from companion animals (dogs, cats, etc.) or experimental animals (mice, rats, etc.) and then subjected to a blood test. More specifically, the present invention relates to a technology wherein blood is directly collected in two or more blood tubes containing different anti-coagulants using a disable syringe with two or more blood lancets, thereby preventing the denaturation of the blood that may occur when the blood generally collected is transferred into the blood tubes, and immediately performing a blood test without doing inconvenient manual labor. In order to achieve the purpose, the present invention was invented such that two or more blood lancets are additionally installed on a front surface of a disable syringe, and thus blood is collected in two or more blood tubes, simultaneously.
