A collapsible incubator for an infant, the collapsible incubator comprising: a flexible housing for containing the infant, the flexible housing being configurable between an expanded condition and a collapsed condition； a door within the flexible housing for infant access； a first end portion secured to a first end of the flexible housing； a second end portion secured to a second end of the flexible housing, said second end portion being configured to be substantially opposite said first end portion； and, at least one fastening means configured to releasably secure the first end portion to the second end portion when in the collapsed condition, whereby the first end portion and the second end portion are configured, in use, to support the flexible housing in the expanded condition, and to substantially contain the flexible housing therebetween in the collapsed condition.L'invention concerne un incubateur pliable pour un nourrisson, l'incubateur pliable comprenant : une enveloppe souple destinée à confiner le nourrisson, une enveloppe flexible pouvant être configurée entre un état déployé et un état replié ； une porte à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe souple pour permettre l'accès au nourrisson ； une première portion terminale assujettie à une première extrémité de l'enveloppe souple ； une deuxième portion terminale assujettie à une deuxième extrémité de l'enveloppe souple, ladite deuxième portion terminale étant conçue pour être sensiblement opposée à ladite première portion terminale ； et au moins un moyen de fixation conçu pour assujettir d'une manière amovible la première portion terminale à la deuxième portion terminale dans l'état replié, la première portion terminale et la deuxième portion terminale étant, en cours d'utilisation, conçues pour soutenir l'enveloppe souple à l'état déployé, et pour confiner pratiquement l'enveloppe souple entre elles à l'état replié.
