The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing bosentan. According to the present invention, a pharmaceutical composition containing bosentan has an excellent lung-targeting drug delivery property while enabling the drug toxicity of bosentane to be minimized because of the organic combination of bosentane and preparation ingredients, and has a longer drug action duration while enabling a reduction in the frequency of drug administration, thereby being effectively usable as an inhalant formulation.L'invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique contenant du bosentan. Selon l'invention, une composition pharmaceutique contenant du bosentan présente une excellente propriété de libération de médicament ciblant le poumon, tout en réduisant au minimum la toxicité médicamenteuse du bosentan en raison de la combinaison organique de bosentan et de composants de préparation, et présentant une durée d'action médicamenteuse plus longue tout en réduisant la fréquence d'administration de médicament, ce qui permet d'utiliser efficacement ladite composition en tant que formulation pour inhalation.본 발명은 보센탄을 포함하는 약학 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 보센탄을 함유하는 약학 조성물은 보센탄과 제제 성분들의 유기적 결합에 의하여 보센탄의 약물 독성을 최소화하면서 폐를 표적으로 우수한 약물 전달 특성을 가지며 약물의 투여 횟수를 줄이면서 더 긴 작용 지속시간을 가질 수 있어 흡입 제형으로 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
