The present invention relates to a package structure of an artificial light source device used in a plant factory, etc., which improves a package structure of a light emitting diode (LED) to have a wide light distribution area suitable for plant growth and to have better light distribution uniformity, and allows an LED chip (red LED chip or blue LED chip) emitting light of a specific wavelength required according to plant growth steps and an LED chip (white LED chip) emitting rays (pseudo white light) excited by a wide light emitting wavelength bandwidth to be installed at separate positions in one package, thereby preventing a phenomenon that a red wavelength emitted by the red LED chip is attenuated while being reflected (scattered) by a material constituting a phosphor applied onto the blue LED chip to form the white LED chip, and obtaining uniform light distribution uniformity in a wide area of a plant cultivation plate to which rays are irradiated by allowing each LED light emitting package installed separately to emit an appropriate amount of mixed light with substantially the same distribution.본 발명은 식물 공장 등에서 사용하는 인공 광원 장치의 패키지 구조에 대한 것으로서, 식물 성장에 적합한 넓은 배광 영역을 가지고 보다 양호한 배광 균제도를 갖도록 발광다이오드(LED)의 패키지 구조를 개선하여, 식물 생장 단계에 따라 요구되는 특정 파장대의 빛을 발광하는 LED 칩(적색 LED칩 또는 청색 LED칩)과 넓은 발광 파장 밴드폭(Bandwidth)으로 여기되는 광선(의사 백색광: WHITE)을 발광하는 LED 칩(백색 LED칩) 부분이 하나의 패키지에서 서로 분리된 위치에 설치되도록 함으로써, 적색 LED칩에 의해 발산되는 적색 파장이 백색 LED칩을 형성하도록 청색 LED칩 상에 도포되는 형광체를 구성하는 재료에 의해 반사(난반사)되면서 감쇄되는 현상이 초래되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 하며, 아울러 이격 설치되는 각각의 LED 발광 패키지에서 적절한 광량의 혼합광이 실질적으로 동일한 분포를 가지고 방출되도록 함으로써 광선이 조사(照射)되는 식물 재배대의 넓은 영역에서의 균일한 배광 균제도를 얻을 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
