PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce an external noise acquired with a biological sound.SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises: a body (22) an acquisition part (11) which acquires a biological sound and a diaphragm (21) which has a front face in contact with or close to a living body (200) and a rear face holding the acquisition part inside the body. The body comprises a communication part which causes the rear face of the diaphragm to communicate with the air outside the body.
