PURPOSE: A sustained release tablet is provided to suppress interlayer separation and to ensure excellent release pattern. CONSTITUTION: A sustained release tablet comprising: an upper layer containing 0.2 weight parts of alfuzosine hydrochloric acid, 90 weight parts of hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, 29.6 weight parts of polyethylene oxide, 1 weight part of stearylalcohol, 0.4 weight parts of hard silicon dioxide and 1 weight part of ethyl cellulose； and a lower layer containing 9,8 weight parts of alfuzosine hydrochloric acid, 36-62 weight part of microcrystalline cellulose, 24-60 weight parts of polyethylene oxide and 20 weight parts of low substituted propylcellulose, 1-6 weight parts of stearyl alcohol, and 99 weight parts of hydroxypropyl cellulose.본 발명은 염산 알푸조신 함유 서방성 정제에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세히 설명하면, 활성물질인 알푸조신 염산염과 친수성 고분자물질인 폴리에칠렌옥시드 및 히드록시프로필 메칠셀룰로오스와, 지용성 왁스인 스테아릴알코올을 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 활성물질의 2중량%를 포함하는 상층부과 98중량%를 포함하는 하층부의 2층 구조로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 염산 알푸조신 함유 서방성 정제에 관한 것이다.
