In such methods of producing a composite block intended for the production of a dental prosthesis, a volume of liquid resin that is greater than the volume of the open pores of the support by at least 2% is caused to penetrate into the support and to cure therein, said volumes being measured at a temperature of 20° C. and at a pressure of 1 bar.
