The valve has a valve tube (4) sliding on a tube attachment connection. A valve tube piece partially penetrates a cylindrical oval housing (1). An actuating element (13) i.e. pressure-sliding switch, is operated in a direction of a longitudinal axis of an oval cross-section of the housing such that the hose takes the open position during operating the actuating element. Rigid and flexible arms of a toggle spring lie at an inner wall of a chamber in a total length and are holohedrally designed. The flexible arm includes shoulders (15, 16) on both longitudinal sides.
