CONSTITUTION: A composition containing alcohol for improving hair and scalp condition contains tackifier and green tea or soybean fermentation extract as an active ingredient. The tackifier is ammonium acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP copolymer. The fermentation extract contains kaempferol and isoflavone. The content of ammonium acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP copolymer is 0.001-5 weight% based on total weight.
