The present invention relates to a bone regeneration inducing composition comprising an extract of the skin of yellowfin tuna, gellan gum, calcium phosphate-based inorganic material, and phosphate-buffered saline solution. Additionally, the present invention relates to a bone regeneration inducing barrier membrane produced by the bone regeneration inducing composition, and a method of producing the same. The bone regeneration inducing composition comprises the extract of the skin of yellowfin tuna and the gellan gum in a weight ratio of 10:90 to 90:10. The bone regeneration inducing composition according to the present invention is capable of forming a network bonding structure physically without using a chemical crosslinker, and has excellent biocompatibility, and thus has significantly improved effects in the alleviation, improvement, and treatment of bone defects.본 발명은 황다랑어 껍질 추출물, 젤란검, 인산칼슘계 무기물 및 인산완충식염수를 포함하는 골재생 유도조성물에 관한 것이다 또한, 상기 골재생 유도조성물로 제조되는 골재생 유도 차폐막 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
