The invention relates to the mechanisation of grafting of (hardy) perennial plants. The installation comprises two drums mounted at an angle with respect to each other and equipped with clamps for the scions (twigs) 7. The drums 1 are mounted on the base 6 of the installation where supports 8 carrying operating members are also fastened. The axes of the supports 8 are placed in coincidence with the axes of the drums 1 and are articulated on the latter.
