A system and method for correcting misshaped ears using a base section (105) definingan opening (103) dimensioned to accommodate the passage of the ear (1) throughthe opening (103) and a top section (102) releasably engageable with the basesection (105) defining a compartment therebetween. A first stint (31) can bearranged on an anterior surface (107) of the base section (105) to maintain a desiredanatomic shape of the ear (1) essentially in an area of the antihelix (14) and thesuperior limb (17) of the triangular fossa (16). A second stint (32) can be placedin an area of the scapha (12) of the ear (1) to maintain a desired contour of the scaphalarea (12). A conchal stint (71) can be placed in the concha (13) to maintain a desiredanatomic shape of the concha (13).
