A skin shape data acquisition part 23 acquires skin shape data 32 of the skin surface at a skin part 103 based on a part of pixel density corresponding to the skin part 103 in a cross section image of the head part 100. An artificial bone inner face shape data forming part 24 forms artificial bone inner face shape data 33 of an inside face of the artificial bone in accordance with the shape of the skin surface on the surface of the defective part 101a based on the skin shape data 32.
