The present invention relates to a natural killer cell expressing an anti cotinine antigen antigen receptor (car) that specifically binds cotinine, and a cell therapeutic agent containing the same.The natural killer cells expressing chimeric antigen receptors that bind specifically to cotinine can be effectively transferred to the tumor tissue regardless of the type of cancer, depending on the binding material bound to cotinine.Thus, the natural killer cells of the present invention may be useful as gene therapy for effective anticancer activity.本発明は、コチニンに特異的に結合する抗コチニンキメラ抗原受容体（ＣＡＲ）を発現するナチュラルキラー細胞、およびそれを含む細胞療法剤に関する。本発明の、コチニンに特異的に結合するキメラ抗原受容体を発現するナチュラルキラー細胞は、コチニンに結合された結合物質に応じて、癌の種類を問わず効果的に腫瘍組織に赴くことができる。したがって、本発明のナチュラルキラー細胞は、効果の高い抗癌作用を示す遺伝子療法として有用でありうる。
