A light-emitting diode illumination structure which is suitable for multi-plant growth is disclosed and is applied in indoor planting, comprising at least one circuit board, a drive circuit, a mode adjusting circuit and a time adjusting circuit. The circuit board is configured with diode sets including a plurality of white light diodes, blue light diodes and red light diodes that are disposed on a bottom surface thereof for emitting corresponding colored lights. A spacing formed between the adjacent white-light diodes is less than that formed between the adjacent blue-light diodes or red-light diodes. The circuit board is coupled to the mode adjusting circuit and the time adjusting circuit via a drive circuit. The mode adjusting circuit is utilized to drive the circuit board to simply light up one of the diodes sets, or simultaneously or sequentially light up all of diodes sets, thus to form at least four illumination modes.
