PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric suppressing the spread of liquid and having excellent collecting properties of excreta.SOLUTION: In a nonwoven fabric 10, wave-shaped projection parts 11 continuously projecting to form a wave shape in a plane view are arranged in parallel with one another on a first surface side Z1 at which the nonwoven fabric is planarly viewed and a phase of a wave shape of one wave-shaped projection part 11A of adjacent projection parts is an opposite phase to that of the other wave-shaped projection part 11B.
