The present invention relates to siRNA specific to gene related to liver cancer, and to a double-stranded oligo RNA structure including the same with high efficiency. The double-stranded oligo RNA structure includes a hydrophilic substance and a hydrophobic substance bound by simple covalent bonds or linker-mediated covalent bonds on both ends thereof. Therefore, the double-stranded oligo RNA structure can be efficiently transported into a cell. The double-stranded oligo RNA structures can be transformed into nanoparticles by a hydrophobic interaction thereof in an aqueous solution. The siRNA included in the double-stranded oligo RNA structures is desirably specific to a gene related to liver cancer which particularly is Gankyrin or BMI-1. Moreover, the present invention relates to a method for producing the double-stranded oligo RNA structure, and to a pharmaceutical composition including the double-stranded oligo RNA structure for preventing or treating cancer, particularly liver cancer.본 발명은 간암 연관 유전자 특이적 siRNA 및 이를 포함하는 고효율 이중나선 올리고 RNA 구조체에 관한 것으로, 상기 이중나선 올리고 RNA 구조체는 세포 내로 효율적으로 전달되도록 하기 위하여 이중나선 RNA(siRNA)의 양 말단에 친수성 물질 및 소수성 물질을 단순 공유결합 또는 링커-매개(linker-mediated) 공유결합을 이용하여 접합된 형태의 구조를 가지며, 수용액에서 상기 이중나선 올리고 RNA 구조체들의 소수성 상호작용에 의해 나노입자 형태로 전환될 수 있다. 상기 이중나선 올리고 RNA 구조체에 포함된 siRNA는 간암 연관 유전자, 특히 Gankyrin 또는 BMI-1 특이적 siRNA인 것이 바람직하다. 또한 본 발명은 상기 이중나선 올리고 RNA 구조체의 제조방법 및 상기 이중나선 올리고 RNA 구조체를 포함하는 암, 특히 간암을 예방 또는 치료하기 위한 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것이다.
