PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition for anti-cancer containing triazine compound is provided to ensure infiltration activation of cancer cell or cancer cell-specific toxicity. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for anticancer contains therapeutically effective amount of triazine compound of chemical formula I and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The cancer is oral cancer, stomach cancer, lung cancer, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, liver cancer, bronchogenic carcinoma, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, pancreatic cancer, bladder cancer, or colon cancer. The triazine compound is screened by co-culturing carcinoma-associated fibroblast(CAF) and carcinoma and inducing infiltration of carcinoma.
