PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To temporarily stop dialysis because an emergency occurs when encountering an earthquake, a fire, a tsunami or the like during the dialysis, to allow a patient to detach two dialysis tubes, and to allow the patient to escape to a safe place.SOLUTION: Two blood flow tubes are set in fixing positions of a box-shaped case, each part equipped inside the case is operated when emergency occurs, support rod buttons No.1 and No.2 are pushed to stop a blood flow of one tube by two clips and next to stop a blood flow of the second tube, a cutter operation rod operation rod No.3 is pressed to detach a cutter from a cutter catching pin in an intermediate point between the upper and lower clips, the tubes are cut with the cutter by the expansion/contraction force of spring coils, thereafter the tubes are taken out from the case, escape to a safe place is performed as it is, and a nurse is gotten to perform treatment to pull out dialysis needles in the place.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】人工透析最中に地震・家事・津波等の遭遇に緊急事態発生の為、一時透析を取りやめ、患者が2本の透析チューブを外して、安全な場所に避難する事を提供する。【解決手段】箱型ケースの固定位置に2本の血流チューブをセットし、緊急が発生した時にケース内部に装備している各部を操作し、支持棒ボタンNo.1とNo.2を押し2個のクリップでー本のチューブの血流を止め次に、2本目のチューブの血流をとめ、その上下のクリップの中間点をカッター操作棒操作棒No.3を押しカッター受け止めピンよりカッターを外しスプリングコイルの伸縮力でチューブをカッターで切断後、ケース依り取り出して、そのまま安全場所まで逃げ、その場所にて看護士に透析針を抜き処置をして貰う事を目的とする。【選択図】図1
