The present invention relates to an acupressure bar attached chair which mounts acupressure bars, attached with acupressure rods, to a headrest or a back portion thereof so as to enable a user to apply acupressure the shoulder parts of the user by taking out the acupressure bars when needed. The acupressure bars are installed on both sides of the headrest if the chair has the headrest, and installed on the back portion of the chair if the chair does not include the headrest.
