PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low wind pressure bird injury prevention device having low air resistance and receiving low wind pressure even in a strong wind.SOLUTION: In a rotary bird injury prevention device to which a pair of plastic molded bodies 1a, 1b can be rotatably attached in a coupling state, each of the plastic molded bodies 1a, 1b is provided with semi-arcuate rims 2, 3 at both ends and three parallel rod parts 4, 5, 6 integrally molded between the both semi-arcuate rims. The two rod parts 4, 6 of the rod parts are extended from outer edges of both ends of the semi-arcuate rims and formed in an approximately semicircle shape in a cross section, and the other rod part 5 is extended from the outer edge of the intermediate part of the semi-arcuate rims and formed in an approximately circle shape in a cross section.
