The invention can be used in the treatment of cavitary lesions in mastology, orthopaedics, traumatology and surgery. A puncture needle for performing intracavitary coagulation comprises two hollow metal tubes, namely a main tube with a stylet and an additional tube, with cannulae at the opposite ends thereof, said cannulae being provided with plugs. The additional tube enters the main tube at an angle. The main tube contains a stylet and has a blunt working end, whereas the stylet itself is sharp-ended. The cannula plug of the main tube has the stylet secured therein, and the structure of the cannula plug of the additional tube includes an elastic membrane. By using the claimed invention it is possible to reduce the trauma of a procedure and to conduct interventions without the need for anaesthesia.Linvention peut sutiliser pour traiter des affections cavitaires en mammalogie, orthopédie, traumatologie et chirurgie.
