The present invention relates to a scent diffusing device which includes a plurality of perfume chambers that contain different kinds of liquid perfumes and is able to mix different kinds of perfumes and externally discharge the mixture thereof. The scent diffusing device of the present invention allows the user to adjust the mixing ratio of various perfumes to thereby produce various scents, or produce a scent optimal for the user&primes psychological state.
