The present invention discloses a card type connection structure for physiology sensing element, which is suitable for using in connection between a physiology sensing element and physiological inspection and measurement device. The card type connection structure for physiology sensing element includes a card-shaped structure and a slot structure, where the card-shaped structure includes a card-shaped body that has an insertion end and a connection end. The insertion end has at least one contact point, and the connection end has at least a sensor element connection point for connecting with the physiology sensing element through a connection wire. The slot structure is located on the physiological inspection and measurement device for receiving the insertion end of the card-shaped body. The slot structure has at least one contact point for using to correspondingly contact with the contact point on the insertion end of the card-shaped when the card-shaped body is inserted. Moreover, there is a movable pin in the slot structure, and the card-shaped structure has an opening the moving pin can movably enter the opening when the card-shaped-structure inserts into the slot structure so as to work as an engagement mechanism for preventing the card-shaped structure from being detached from the slot structure.
