The shaft (31) has an external thread (35) and a flexible rib (38) adjacent to the external thread (35) and is connected to the rotatable cap (20) by threaded connection between the external thread (35) and the threaded hole (25) such that the 10 flexible rib (38) is engaged in one of the grooves (28). When the rotatable cap (20) is rotated to adjust the amount of water delivered by the low-flow emitter (10), the area of contact between the grooves (28) of the rotatable cap (20) and the flexible rib (38) of the body (30) stays unchanged, allowing the rotatable cap (20) to produce a consistent feel to the operator. >0
