Methods for detecting or capturing low-avidity autoantibodies in a biological sample are provided. Target antigen used to assay for the low-avidity autoantibodies of interest is immobilized on a solid phase. The biological sample is contacted under low conductivity condition with the target antigen for which the autoantibodies has specific binding affinity. Binding of the target antigen to the autoantibodies of interest in the biological sample is then detected to ascertain the presence or concentration of the autoantibodies of interest.L'invention concerne des procédés de détection ou de capture d'auto-anticorps à faible avidité dans un échantillon biologique. L'antigène cible utilisé pour l'analyse des auto-anticorps à faible avidité d'intérêt est immobilisé sur une phase solide. L'échantillon biologique est mis en contact dans une condition de faible conductivité avec l'antigène cible pour lequel les auto-anticorps ont une affinité de liaison spécifique. La liaison de l'antigène cible aux auto-anticorps d'intérêt dans l'échantillon biologique est ensuite détectée pour certifier la présence ou la concentration des auto-anticorps d'intérêt.
